2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The phwing Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the phwing Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. phwing makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside those it is authorized to serve.
2.3 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform or who are subject to exclusion orders under applicable law are not permitted to register or use the phwing Platform. Any such registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) phwing Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. phwing reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phwing is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
3.3 KYC Verification. phwing may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before approving withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform. This may include provision of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwing Account login credentials. phwing is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.1 All transactions on the phwing Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwing accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed in the Platform Cashier from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. phwing does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phwing's verification requirements. phwing targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for GCash and Maya on business days, subject to verification status and volume.
4.4 phwing reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, ongoing investigations into suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.
4.5 Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the phwing Platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
5.1 phwing may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings are specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 phwing reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.4 Players suspected of abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim promotions multiple times, or placing bets in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk — may have their accounts suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
6.1 All games available on the phwing Platform operate in accordance with the rules published for each individual game within the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before wagering.
6.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on phwing use certified RNG systems tested by independent laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in a monitored studio environment. phwing does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption during a game round, phwing will void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Balance. Winnings arising from a technical error that are clearly outside normal expected game parameters may be voided at phwing's discretion.
6.4 All bets placed on the phwing Platform are final once confirmed by the Platform system. phwing does not accept requests to void, cancel, or reverse confirmed wagers on the basis of a Player changing their mind after placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwing Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
All content on phwing.vip — including but not limited to the phwing brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio — is the property of phwing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used commercially without phwing's prior written consent.
9.1 phwing provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 phwing's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 phwing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits or data.
10.1 phwing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where phwing reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, fraud, or a breach of applicable law.
10.2 Upon termination of an Account not resulting from a Player's violation of these Terms, phwing will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method, following completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
10.3 Players may close their own phwing Account at any time by contacting phwing support. Self-exclusion closure requests are processed in accordance with phwing's Responsible Gaming policy.
